On booking your Consulting Working Hours session with Jacynth (the Session), you confirm
and agree to the following: 

1. All rates exclude VAT, which will be added where applicable.

2. On confirmation of the Session, Ageism Is Never In Style (AINIS) will invoice you for the full
amount to be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the Session. Payment is via BACs (direct
bank transfer).  If the invoice is not settled by then, the Session will be cancelled.

3. Jacynth / AINIS (We) reserve the right to rearrange or cancel the Session at any time. If the
Session is cancelled, or an alternative time/date cannot be agreed, and the invoice has
already been paid, you will receive a full refund.

4. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your Session, 24 hours notice must be given, otherwise We
may not be able to refund. If you have selected the 'Pre Debrief' add on, you will need to email
it to at least 48 hours before the Session.

5. You confirm that you understand and accept that you alone are responsible for briefing
Jacynth about the matter on which you wish to consult her and ensuring that she is provided
with full information and background, as necessary.

6. We will not provide advice and cannot be construed as providing advice, legal or otherwise. It
is your responsibility to obtain advice from other relevant professionals where
required. Neither Jacynth nor AINIS will be liable for any claims, demands, actions, suits,
damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses, or other outcome arising or detriment
sustained following the Session. 

7. You and We shall keep confidential all information disclosed by you to us or us to you which is
not already in the public domain (Confidential Information). Disclosure of Confidential
Information by one party to the other shall not be taken as implying an assignment, license or
transfer to the other party of patents, know-how, copyright, trade secrets, trade marks or of
any other Intellectual Property Rights.

8. You will keep confidential and not disclose to any third party your use of Consulting Working
Hours with Jacynth and will not say, write, imply or otherwise suggest or assert that you are
affiliated with and/or have worked with AINIS and/or Jacynth. You will not use Jacynth’s name
and/or the name, logo or trade mark of AINIS except with our prior written consent.

 

9. Nothing in this agreement shall be taken as creating a relationship of agent to principal,
employer to employee, partnership or joint venture or any other affiliation between you and
AINIS and/or Jacynth.
