1.25 Hour Expert Session With Jacynth

Cancellation Policy

On booking the session, you confirm and accept the following: All rates exclude VAT, which will be added where applicable. On confirmation of your session, we will invoice you for the full amount to be paid up to 24 hours prior to the session. Payment is via BACs (direct bank transfer). If the invoice is not settled by then, the session will be cancelled. Jacynth / AINIS reserves the right to rearrange or cancel your session at any time. If the session is cancelled, or an alternative time/date cannot be agreed, and the invoice has already been paid, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your session, 24 hours notice must be given, otherwise we may not be able to refund. If you have selected the 'Pre Debrief' add on, you will need to email it at least 48 hours before the session. You confirm that I/We understand and accept that I/we alone am/are responsible for briefing Jacynth about the matter on which we wish to consult her and ensuring that she is provided with full information and background, as necessary. Jacynth will not provide advice and cannot be construed as providing advice, legal or otherwise. It is my/our responsibility to obtain advice from other relevant professionals where required. Neither Jacynth nor Ageism Is Never In Style ('AINIS") will be liable for any losses or other outcome sustained following a Consulting Working Hours session with Jacynth.
